This is the City of Kearney’s One- and Six-Year Street Improvement Plan for 2025-2031 which is pending City Council approval at the September 10, 2024 City Council Meeting. Projects listed for 2025-2031 are tentative and are either subject to annual City budget approval or are awaiting funding. Projects listed as “Developer” are privately funded and constructed developer projects that will be dedicated to the City for ownership and maintenance after project completion.
