Overview
The Engineering Division is committed to provide for the construction of the City's infrastructure including street, storm sewer, traffic control and to plan and manage the improvement and expansion of public infrastructure systems to maintain acceptable levels of service and accommodate future growth.
Our staff is dedicated to providing our citizens these services in a safe, reliable and cost effective manner. We strive to serve community growth and promote quality services for our community through open and honest communication.

Responsibilities
- Engineering design, construction and inspection of road, street, storm sewers, traffic systems and other public facility projects.
- Development of One & Six Year Streets & Road Program.
- Developing construction standards and specifications for road and street construction.
- Perform and maintain traffic count data.
- Create Improvement districts and calculate paving assessments.
- Review and provide technical support for development of infrastructure required for residential, commercial and industrial development.
