Many opportunities are available to learn about various horticulture topics through tours, presentations, classes, and events. These opportunities are led by the KPR Horticultural Staff and are available throughout the year.
Classes
Information on classes can be found in the latest edition of Play Kearney. Past classes included topics about landscape design and planting. Upcoming classes and programs will include Four Season Planter and a Beneficial Insects Program.
Events
There are also events available throughout the year at The Gardens. These events involve working in The Gardens to plant and maintain the beds from spring until fall. These events include Spring Clean Up, The Big Dig Event, Heritage Day, and Fall Clean Up. Learn more about these events in the Volunteering page or visit The Gardens at Yanney Volunteer Program for more information!
