Yard Waste
There is no charge to deposit clean, unbagged residential yard waste at the composting site. Yard waste is described as grass clippings, garden waste, leaves and similar vegetative waste; also limbs or trimmings less than 1" in diameter.
Businesses hauling yard waste will be charged as follows:
$10/month for 1-5 loads per month
$30/month for 6-20 loads per month
$75/month for 21-50 loads per month
$150/month for over 50 loads per month
Tree & Branch Waste
The tree area will accept limbs, branches and trunks. Branches less than 3" in diameter must be separated by the hauler and disposed of on a separate pile.
Trees in excess 4" in diameter shall be separated by the hauler, cut into 6' lengths or smaller and unloaded on a separate pile. Use of chain saws is allowed in designated areas only. Firewood and wood chips are available, free of charge.
