Looking for something to do while it's cold outside? Try our Winter Reading Challenge. Complete five of the activities for a chance to win one of ten $20 Buffalo Bucks prizes. Buffalo Bucks may be used like a gift card at any business in Kearney or anywhere in Buffalo County. This event is for youth ages 0-18. Youth may complete one challenge sheet during the contest period (December 15 – January 15). Chill Out & Read! forms will be available in the Youth and Teen departments or found on our website. The deadline to return the entry form is 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
This class is designed to get your creative juices flowing. We will be brushing up on various watercolor skills and techniques. Once you feel comfortable with the different techniques you are encouraged to branch off on your own. Limited to 20 participants age 18+ with registration required.
