Looking for a new book or audiobook to cuddle up with or listen to? Check out a mystery book or audiobook, that's wrapped up and tagged with clues, from our 'Blind Date with a Book' display. Take it home, spend some time together, and see how much of a match you are! Bring back your completed 'Rate your Date' card for a chance at awesome prizes! Cards need to be returned by 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 7 to be entered in the drawing for one of four $50 'Date Night' prizes! The drawing will be held on March 8.
Check out the Sweet Reads displays in the Youth and Teen Areas. Pick a book, take it home, and give it a go! Make sure to return your completed ‘Sweet Read’ card on or before 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 7 for a chance to win a $15 Sequel Bookstore gift card and candy! Twenty prizes winners will be randomly selected.

Love to knit, crochet, cross-stitch, or create other fiber arts? This is the group for you! Join us for informal sessions with other creative people to share tips, troubleshoot problems, and learn something new. Drop-in for fun, friends, and fiber! Volunteer coaches for knitting will be available. Limited to 10 people per room with social distancing and face masks required. Registration is not required.

Winter skies after a fresh snow are simply beautiful! Join us as we create lovely blue and purple winter skies on watercolor paper using bleeding tissue paper. The colors swirl together making a very soft mix of colors. The randomness that happens makes pretty skies no matter what your level of painting skills happens to be. Limited to 50 participants in Grades K-12. Register by Tuesday, February 16 at 8:00 am. Packets of supplies will be available to pick up at the front desk starting on Tuesday, February 16. The how-to video will air on Tuesday, February 23 at 4:00 pm on our website, Facebook, and YouTube. You can create your project whenever you wish.
