Multiple Residential Units and Apartment Houses Water Rate


  • Minimum charge is $9.43 for each water meter.
  • Add an additional $1.70 for each 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water consumed.

Multiple Residential Units and Apartment Houses Sewer Rate

  • Minimum charge is $4.08 for each water meter.
  • Add an additional $2.25 for each 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water consumed based on the average water usage for that property as shown by the water billing rendered during the preceding months of January, February, and March.
  • A flat fee of $22.09 per month will be charged for accounts that have not established a January, February, March water use history.

Multiple Residential Units and Apartment Houses Sanitation Rate

  • Minimum charge is $12.78 for each apartment.
  • Recycling collection is free.
  • Yard waste collection is $14.50 per month per container.

Residential Rates Outside City Limits

All utility customers located outside city limits that connect to City utilities on or after January 1, 2018 are subject to a utility rate which is double the normal utility rate.
