Our mission is to operate and maintain the City of Kearney Recycling facilities in the most efficient manner possible; providing the best customer service to the citizens of Kearney and Buffalo County while complying with all health, environmental, and code requirements. Thus providing the highest quality of life to the citizens of Kearney.
