Technology Learning Center
Overview
The Technology Learning Center (TLC) at the Kearney Public Library provides access to 16 general use computers. Firefox and Internet Explorer web browsers are installed, as well Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Usage
Typical usage includes:
  • Checking email
  • Searching the internet
  • Work/study

Useful Website Bookmarks
The Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers include nearly 200 bookmarks to useful locations online. We also have two laser printers (color and black), a scanner, and you may bring your own headphones. TLC hours are similar to the Library. TLC closes 15 minutes before the Library.

Wireless Access
The Kearney Public Library offers a free wireless internet connection. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no restrictions on the amount of usage and no user ID/password is required.
