The City of Kearney has recently added a Utility Inquiry and E-Payment option to the City’s web site for utility account customers. Utility inquiry provides utility customers access to billing account summary information, billing/payment history, and water consumption history. Additionally, utility account customers may now pay utility bills online using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card and may also make online utility bill payments directly from checking or savings accounts.
