This is a lap sit program for youth ages 0-2 years old and a caregiver to enjoy together. Introduce your little one to the sounds and rhythms of the spoken word giving them a head start on language learning. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.

Hearing stories is a great way to help children develop a love of language, books, and learning. These stories are hand-picked for ages 3-6. Parents need not attend, but please stay in the building.

The Hollands! are a multinational family band with roots in Australia and the US. They are 21st-century nomads and frolic in the Americana/Folk Revival scene. With four full-length albums under their belt, the Hollands! are seasoned performers, performing in over 10 countries.
Using story and song, The Hollands! share the history and folklore of Australia by weaving in the history of Australia’s rugged outback, featuring the history of its unique animals. And finally, The Hollands! will showcase some original material based on the folk traditions of Australia. This performance/workshop is both informational and entertaining, as The Hollands! offer a delightful look into the folklore of Australia.

Whether you've been knitting/crocheting for decades or days, you are invited to join this welcoming group. Volunteer coaches can help you with ongoing projects, or you can simply come for social needlecraft fun! Can't commit to every session? No problem - just come when you can! Youth knitters/crocheters are welcome but those age seven and younger need to be accompanied by a participating adult.
