    Join us as we kick off our 2018 storytime sessions with guest teller Sherry Crow! Sherry Crow is the Associate Dean of the College of Education and Associate Professor of the School Library Science Program at the University of Nebraska Kearney. She has worked in several school libraries and public libraries, in children's, young adult, reference and media services, and has used storytelling as an important tool every step of the way. Her storytelling emphasis is on integrating storytelling strategies into K-12 curriculum—oh, yes, and on telling stories just for fun!

    Kearney Works is a non-profit organization that helps the unemployed and underemployed residents of Buffalo County improve their labor skills and guides them through the process of finding better, high-paying jobs in the area. In addition to their Kearney office location at 16 West 11th Street, Kearney Works will be providing free assistance at the library each Monday afternoon on a first-come, first-served basis.
